How long do the filters last?
It depends on each person and how often they use it, but each filter can typically last 2 to 7 days. Based on that, with the filters included in each pack, you can expect up to 24 weeks.

Yes, you can. We recommend crushball filters because our inhaler features a flexible system designed to break them easily, enhancing the aroma experience. However, you can also use non-crushball aroma filters if preferred.
Are filters included in the packaging?
Yes, the inhaler comes with random complementary filters from third-party brands. If you have any issues with the filters, please contact the supplier of the filters you purchased.
How do I replace the filter?
Open the inhaler, then turn it upside down and gently shake it to allow the used filter to slide out.
If the filter is stuck, use the included cleaning stick to gently push it out.
Make sure the opening is clear before inserting a new activated filter.
Where can I buy replacement filters?
You can purchase replacement aroma filters directly from our store, as well as from other suppliers.
