We ship orders from our European fulfillment center in Spain.
We currently ship to selected destinations across Europe and internationally. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Processing
All orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping times shown below.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer tracked shipping options depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched and collected by the carrier.
Spain
- Standard Tracked Shipping: 1–5 business days
- Priority Tracked Shipping: 1–4 business days
Free Standard Tracked Shipping is available on orders over €50.
Europe
Includes Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Poland and other supported European destinations.
- Standard Tracked Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Priority Tracked Shipping: 3–6 business days
Free Standard Tracked Shipping is available on orders over €50.
United Kingdom & Switzerland
- Standard Tracked Shipping: 4–10 business days
- Priority Tracked Shipping: 4–8 business days
International A
Available for selected international destinations including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Israel and South Africa.
- Standard International Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Priority Tracked Shipping: 5–10 business days
International B
Available for selected international destinations including Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and Malaysia.
- Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Priority Tracked Shipping: 6–14 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your destination and selected shipping method and are displayed at checkout before payment.
Our current Standard shipping rates start from:
- Spain: €4.90
- Europe: €5.90
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: €9.95
- International A: €10.95
- International B: €12.95
Free Standard Tracked Shipping is available on orders over €50 to Spain and supported European destinations.
Priority shipping is not included in the free shipping offer.
Tracking
All available shipping options include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking allows you to follow the progress of your shipment. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier network and circumstances outside our control.

Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs procedures depending on the destination.
Where customs-related transport or handling charges are included in the shipping service, no additional shipping charge will be collected by BLUCK after checkout.
Any import taxes or duties imposed directly by local authorities, where applicable, are determined by the destination country's regulations.
United States Orders
Orders to the United States are shipped using tracked international delivery.
Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed at checkout.
Customs requirements may vary depending on current US import regulations.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may be charged before the order is resent.
