We ship worldwide from our European fulfillment centers.
Orders are shipped from the closest available warehouse within the EU.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer different shipping options depending on your location:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available in selected regions on orders over €40 (Economy Shipping only).
Tracking

Economy and Standard shipping options may not include tracking.

Express Shipping always includes tracking.
Express orders are prioritized during processing and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Tracked shipping improves reliability and allows you to follow your order, but it does not guarantee faster delivery, as delivery times depend on local postal services.
If tracking is available, it will be sent to you by email once your order is shipped.

Customs Duties & Taxes (Outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. If applicable, they must be paid to the courier or customs authority before delivery.
If customs charges are refused, the package may be returned to us.
United States Orders
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees depending on current regulations.
These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient.
