We’re confident you’ll love your Bluck product — but if it doesn’t feel quite right, don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Here’s how it works:
🛍️ Unopened Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as part of your consumer rights under EU law.
To request a return, email us at info@bluckeurope.com with your order number.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
🚫 Opened or Used Products
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or used, including our aroma inhalers.
This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes returns for goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed.
📦 Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bluckeurope.com, including photos of the issue.
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
